Intro
Arc is a remote career platform that makes it easier for developers to find remote jobs to build amazing careers from anywhere. With 750,000+ developers in our network, Arc also connects companies hiring remotely with verified developers for contract and permanent roles.
Context
As a contract designer with Arc, I deliver design support across marketing campaigns, website and event pages, and merch. My goal is to amplify Arc’s mission by promoting a global remote‑working culture for developers through high quality, tech-forward, and high conversion visuals.

For their merchandise set, I designed a cohesive visual story built entirely around pixel art, referencing early videogame aesthetics as a metaphor for digital connection. The centerpiece of the kit is a reinterpretation of The Creation of Adam, rendered in pixel form, symbolizing how Arc creates distance-bridging contact between talent and teams.
The system extends across stickers, a mug, socks, and a T-shirt, each item using pixel motifs to express collaboration, movement, and the moment two sides meet. Together, the collection becomes a small narrative about remote work: people separated by geography but united through a shared digital space.
